I’ve been the strong one. The capable one. The one who held it together. Four kids, a business built from scratch, and a version of womanhood that demanded I stay pleasing, productive, and palatable. I felt like I was performing a life that never quite fit.
I didn’t understand energetics back then, I just knew there had to be more, and I wanted it with my whole body: magic, mystery, the unseen forces shaping us. I started learning, obsessively, and along the way I realised something simple and brutal, your body will not let you live a life it doesn’t feel safe to hold.
That’s what changed everything for me. I stopped trying to fix myself and started building safety, truth, and capacity from the inside out. And now I teach women how to do the same, so they can stop bracing and start becoming.
